NIPR's 10th Anniversary publication, telling the story of a unique system of voluntary deposit of publications begun in 2000 which aims to ensure that everything published in Northern Ireland is identified, collected and preserved for future generations. The story of NIPR is told by those who first planned the scheme and put it into operation, and by those who run it today.
