Welcome to the NIPR website

NIPR is an initiative sponsored by the Library & Information Services Council (Northern Ireland) with funding from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL).

It aims to acquire and preserve every book, pamphlet, periodical and report published in Northern Ireland since January 2000 and create an accompanying bibliography.
